STRUCTURED CABLING

APS employs duly certified engineers to deploy network infrastructure on divers structured cabling platforms and topologies. We have been actively involved in deploying structured cabling solutions for public and private institutions. APS has over the years been able to provide structured cabling solutions to Network topologies using components with at least 12 years warranty.

We have provided local and wide area structured cabling solutions using products from 3Com, Cisco, D-Link, Linksys, Dintek, Avaya and BrandRex.

We are engaged in the design and implementation of

	Network Assessment: We can conduct a total overview of your network infrastructure to equip you with information that enables you maintain a stable and optimally performing network now and in the future enable you make informed decisions as regards expansion and enhancements. The report shows the network areas addressed, observations and recommendations, a complete network diagram and a description of tasks performed by our engineers
	Network Infrastructure Deployment: Our engineers will develop and generate a design plan based on such factors as history, current situation, planned utilization and expected expansion rate of the organization and using these as guidelines, shall then acquire hardware and software, install and configure them to achieve the client’s desired result. It is in all respect an end-to-end solution with the client’s ultimate business satisfaction as its key goal
	Wireless Networking: APS offers a complete wireless solution that includes a wireless site survey, implementation, and security assessment. The wireless site survey is done for new installations or major expansions of an existing wire line network. We identify the quantity and placement of the wireless hardware, testing access points, power and interference issues and configuration guidelines. Our solutions package includes a physical layout diagram of the wireless network and a complete recommended equipment list. We then carry out installation of the wireless networking equipment. This includes setup and installation of all access points and any associated radio modules, verification of connectivity from wireless clients and testing throughout the coverage area. Customers are given a final authentication model documentation, which contains the specific configuration and security settings on each access point, a diagram of all cable routes and physical access, and point locations by port number
